Packing List and Shipping Instructions

The download link below will bring up a packing list to include with your shipments. You do not need to use the list, but it makes it easier for us when we check in your skins.

If you don't want to use the pre-printed list that is fine, just make sure that your business name and contact information, as well as a list of the skins you are shipping, with tanning instructions is inside of the box.

For multiple box shipments, make a list for each box, included inside the box the list is for, then make a master list with the totals for the whole shipment. Mark multiple box shipments with 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc. Tape a copy of the master list on the outside of box number 1, this is just another layer of confirmation when we check in your order.

When you receive your confirmation in the mail, double check all of the counts and instructions against your master list. If a mistake was made on either our end or yours, it's easy to reconcile if done early, it is much more difficult weeks or months later.

Shipping can be done whatever method is most convenient to you. USPS does get rather expensive for heavy or large boxes. 

If you hold skins late into the warmer season, please check them for bugs before shipping. If you do have live bugs do not ship them until you have sprayed and/or dusted them with insecticide and feel confident all the bugs are dead. We reserve the right to return shipments with bad infestations at the customers expense.
